A staffing company built like a technology company.
We started Minute Sourcing because hiring in India's fast-growing cities is still slow, manual and opaque. Employers wait weeks for shortlists. Candidates never hear back. We are fixing both.
Why we exist
Minute Sourcing Private Limited was founded in 2025 in Davangere, Karnataka, by two founders with backgrounds in operations and software engineering. We had both watched companies lose weeks to hiring that should take days, and watched capable people miss opportunities because nobody called them back.
Most of recruiting is repetitive: finding people, calling them, confirming they are interested and available, scheduling them. We built an AI calling platform to do exactly that part, at scale, in the languages our candidates actually speak. That frees our recruiters to do the work that needs a human: judging fit, building trust, negotiating offers and making sure day one goes well.
The result is a staffing partner that moves at the speed of a software company but still picks up the phone when you call. We serve manufacturers, logistics companies, retailers, startups and clinics across Karnataka, and we are growing with our clients across India.
The values behind every placement.
Speed with care
Fast does not mean careless. We automate the repetitive work so our people can spend time on the decisions that matter.
Honesty on both sides
Candidates get a clear picture of the job. Employers get a clear picture of the candidate. No surprises on day one.
Dignity for every role
A machine operator and a finance manager deserve the same respect, the same preparation and the same follow-up.
Built in Davangere
We are proud to build a technology-driven staffing company from a tier-two city, creating opportunity close to home.
Proudly building from a tier-two city.
Davangere sits in the heart of Karnataka, within reach of Bengaluru, Hubballi, Shivamogga and Mysuru. Being here keeps us close to the workforce that powers India's factories, warehouses and stores, and gives our clients access to talent pools that metro-based agencies overlook.
